Hat Day is Australian Rotary Health’s community and action awareness day aimed at raising funds for mental health research and preventing Australians from keeping mental health issues ‘under their hats’.

Hat Day is on again in 2012.
Clubs and Districts are putting into place plans for next year’s Hat Day.
This year we hope to get greater involvement with business and the general community.
District 9810 are looking at selling something like paper hats at the main Melbourne railways stations.
Districts 9500 & 9520 are running a Hat Day sticker project throughout the districts using this design.
District 9830 is planning a couple of major events and a number of club events. This could include a Race Day in Launceston.

This February 25 it will join other iconic buildings around the world to be illuminated to celebrate Rotaryʼs signature “End Polio Now” campaign. The illumination will run from 25 to 27 February.
